Fix habitPointsChart visibility by reordering stats layout (#417)

The habitPointsChart was the 4th card in the ScrollView, placing it
below the visible area on initial page load. Reorder the cards so
habit points and diary points charts appear first (visible without
scrolling), followed by sleep charts (which the Maestro test already
scrolls to). Move the Export PDF button from the header to the bottom
of the page to match the test's scroll-down expectation.
