Commit Message

Add `claudex config group` batch command and fix lint errors

Add a convenience command to assign multiple projects to a group
in one step instead of running `config set --project` per project.
Also fix pre-existing xo lint errors: exhaustive switch cases for
processSubstitution, DOCKER_BUILDKIT naming convention, unsafe
array spread, String.raw for escapes, and spacing style issues.
