fix: allow root .git for versioning during Docker build

Change dockerignore pattern from **/.git to **/*/.git to:
- Include root .git directory (needed for git rev-parse during make build)
- Still exclude .git in subdirectories (submodules, vendor, etc.)

This fixes the build versioning that requires git commit hash.
