Merge upstream changes while preserving Mellanox customizations

This merge brings in upstream changes including:
- New Go-based thin_entrypoint replacing shell script
- Updated to distroless base image
- Dependency updates (gomega 1.39.1, ginkgo 2.28.1)
- Updated Makefile to build both binaries

Mellanox customizations preserved:
- Dockerfile.nvidia with NVIDIA base image support
- GOPROXY configuration
- Custom build arguments

Additionally updated Dockerfile.nvidia to:
- Use new thin_entrypoint instead of entrypoint.sh
- Remove busybox shell configuration (not needed with Go entrypoint)
