chore: DB migration for signup data (#11330)

Adds new signup-related columns for the `users` table:
- `should_set_password` — If true, the user should set their password;
- `company_role` — The role of the user in the company (e.g. Product
Manager);
- `product_updates_email_consent` — If true, the user consents to
receiving emails related to product updates;
