Commit Message

containerz/server: atomically write plugin file

write the plugin file to the destination directory
but under a temporary name.
Once it has been completely written, rename the file
to the final plugin name.
This ensures that for any systems pay attention
to the plugins in the directory, the plugin will
atomically appear with its expected name.
