Add Android instrumentation tests for all SQLite repositories (#362)

The Android module had no instrumentation tests (androidTest/ directory
didn't exist), leaving all SQLite repository code untested with real
Android database operations. This adds 14 test classes covering:

- SQLiteHelperTest: database creation, table schema, indices, FK constraints
- SQLiteHabitRepositoryTest: CRUD, entries, translations, scoring rules
- SQLiteHabitCategoryRepositoryTest: CRUD, translations, user filtering
- SQLiteDiaryReferenceRepositoryTest: CRUD, case-insensitive lookup
- SQLiteDiaryEntryRepositoryTest: CRUD, significance levels, migration detection
- SQLiteSleepEntryRepositoryTest: CRUD, midnight crossing, date preservation
- SQLiteEmotionPairRepositoryTest: CRUD, ordering, user isolation
- SQLiteEmotionEntryRepositoryTest: CRUD, pair validation, orphan handling
- SQLiteSportLogRepositoryTest: CRUD, measurement fields, time preservation
- SQLiteFoodLogRepositoryTest: CRUD, nullable carbs/kcal, datetime
- SQLiteFoodTagRepositoryTest: CRUD, tag linking/unlinking, duplicate ignore
- SQLiteMedicationRepositoryTest: CRUD, provision types, wikipedia links
- SQLiteMedicationLogRepositoryTest: CRUD, pagination, counting

Also adds androidx.test:core and androidx.test:runner dependencies
required by ApplicationProvider.
