Add missing /api/module-visibility intercepts in Cypress tests (#360)

The navigation and imprint Cypress tests mock /api/auth/me as logged in,
which triggers the layout's moduleVisibilityApi.get() call. Without an
intercept for /api/module-visibility, the request passes through the
Vite proxy to localhost:8080, causing ECONNREFUSED errors since no
backend is running during Cypress tests.
