Fix dependency version conflicts causing test failures (#354)

- Downgrade springdoc-openapi from 3.0.1 to 2.8.6: version 3.0.1 targets
  Spring Boot 4.0 and pulls in SB 4.0 modules (spring-boot-web-server,
  spring-boot-servlet, etc.) that conflict with the project's SB 3.5.10,
  causing ClassNotFoundException for ApplicationServletEnvironment
- Add missing module visibility checkbox fields to SettingsDialogControllerTest:
  the controller's setStorageConfig() accesses diaryVisibleCheckBox and 9 other
  visibility checkboxes that were not initialized in the test setUp()
- Regenerate openapi.yaml with springdoc 2.8.6 (LocalTime now correctly
  serialized as string type)
