Improve debug output for `*File` and `StringTable` by hiding data (#853)

Using the debug output for these types is helpful for getting an
overview, but extremely noisy due to the entire backing data being
printed (especially with `#` formatting). Improve this by introducing a
wrapper that always prints as `[..]`.

It is easy enough to combine this with the output of `.data()` for
anyone who does actually want to see the bytes.
