Commit Message

Improve `read::NativeFile` (#851)

Use `NativeEndian` instead of `Endianness`, and extend the cfgs to cover
more targets.

Also add `Native*File` types for each file format. These don't depend on
the target OS, so there will always be one of them defined. The goal is
to allow writing code for the native file format without requiring users
to have matching target OS cfgs in their code.
