Disable Gradle build cache for test tasks to fix JaCoCo report generation (#340)

When gradle/actions/setup-gradle caches test task outputs, JaCoCo .exec
files (written as a side-effect by the JaCoCo agent) are not restored,
causing jacocoTestReport to be SKIPPED due to missing execution data.
