Fix login redirect by awaiting goto('/habits/home') (#332)

The goto() call after invalidate('app:session') was not awaited,
causing a race condition where SvelteKit's layout re-render from
the invalidation could interfere with the pending navigation,
leaving the user stuck on the /login page.
