Add JavaFX controller tests for desktop module (#331)

Introduce basic tests for 6 desktop controllers (AddHabit, EmotionEntry,
EmotionPair, Settings, SleepTracking, SyncDialog) covering initialization,
validation, data loading, and UI state management. Tests use a shared
JavaFXControllerTestBase that initializes the toolkit and provides
reflection-based @FXML field injection with in-memory stub repositories.
