Show translated product mode and description (#3144)

## Problem

- The product mode name and description is not translated

## Solution

- Return the mode translations in the backend and display them in the
web UI if available.

## Testing

- Tested manually using the openSUSE build with manually copied
`sles_161.yaml` file to display the SLES product with modes
- Tested using the Czech language
