Use xxh128 for asset hashing

Replace MD5 with xxh128 for content hashing and fingerprinting in the Asset class. The change updates the hash used when bundling file contents (data['hash']) and when generating the fingerprinted path in doFingerprint(), switching the algorithm from 'md5' to 'xxh128'. Ensure the target PHP environment supports the xxh128 hash algorithm.
