refactor: normalize cache keys in templates

Replace dash separators in fragment cache keys with semicolons and adjust the favicon cache block scope; standardize Twig hash/object literal syntax for function/filter args (remove quoted keys) across templates. Changes touch docs/3-Templates.md and partials (feeds-from-section, jsonld, metatags) to ensure consistent cache key formatting and parameter notation.
