fix(progress): use precise elapsed time formatting instead of coarse humanize.RelTime

humanize.RelTime rounded to single units (e.g. "1 hour" for 1h23m).
Replace with stdlib duration formatting: "1h23m" for >= 1h, "5m30s" otherwise.
Drop go-humanize dependency (only used for this).
