fix: replace all onQuery/onCommand with onRequest in daemon test mocks

Bulk update all remaining test files that used the deprecated onQuery
and onCommand mock properties. The MessageHub API now only uses
onRequest as the unified handler registration method.

Updated 12 files across unit and integration tests.
