fix: add no-console lint rule and improve room join error handling

- Add eslint/no-console lint rule (warn level) to catch console usage
- Exempt logger, CLI, scripts, and build files from no-console rule
- Fix logger tests to use mocks instead of spyOn to suppress console output
- Add graceful error handling to MessageHub joinRoom/leaveRoom methods
- Fix unhandled promise rejection in daemon-actions joinRoom call
- Set NODE_ENV=test in Makefile test-daemon command
- Remove unused spyOn import from logger tests

This resolves timeout errors and ensures clean, quiet test output.
All 1571 tests now pass with zero console output.
