feat: add POST /v1/analyze/sbom endpoint for SBOM analysis

Phase 2: SBOM Integration
- Add SbomParser module to extract git URLs from CycloneDX and SPDX formats
- Support purl parsing (github, gitlab, bitbucket)
- Extract URLs from externalReferences, downloadLocation, homepage
- Add /v1/analyze/sbom endpoint with cache_mode support
- Default to async mode for SBOM analysis (typically many URLs)
- Add comprehensive tests for parser and endpoint
