Add landing page and Cloudflare Pages deployment (#327)

* feat(site): add landing page for spotctl.com

- Create standalone landing page separate from MkDocs docs
- Add hero section with terminal demo output
- Add Why Spot, Features, How It Works, Commands, Installation sections
- Include SEO: canonical URL, Open Graph, Twitter Cards, Schema.org
- Add visual enhancements: dot grid background, gradient effects,
  animated hover states, scroll reveal animations, coral glow accents
- Update Makefile for local venv-based mkdocs build
- Remove unused Dockerfile.site and analytics overrides

* refactor(ci): simplify site workflow for CF Pages deployment

Remove Docker-based site deployment, use direct MkDocs build.
Cloudflare Pages now handles deployment via git integration.
CI workflow validates build works on PRs and master pushes.

* fix(site): use cross-platform sed syntax for Linux compatibility

* fix(site): remove custom analytics config
