fix(parser): accumulate IdentityFile directives across Host blocks (#39) (#42)

Multiple IdentityFile directives are now accumulated instead of
following the first-value-wins rule, matching OpenSSH behavior where
"Multiple IdentityFile directives will add to the list of identities
tried".
