test: add 62 tests to increase code coverage (#41)

Added comprehensive tests across all modules to increase coverage:

- lib.rs: intersecting_hosts(), default_algorithms(), from_hosts(), empty config handling
- parser/field.rs: Display trait for all Field variants
- params/algos.rs: Display traits, is_default(), edge cases for algorithm rules
- params.rs: ignored() method, overwrite_if_none() comprehensive coverage
- host.rs: HostClause Display, wildcard patterns, edge cases
- serializer.rs: empty config, all fields, algorithm rules, boolean serialization
- parser.rs: error handling, tokenization variants, field updates
- default_algorithms.rs: Default, Clone, Debug traits, equality

Test count increased from 79 to 141 tests.
