Add Embedded Auth Server Configuration Support to Operator (#3520)

Enables the Kubernetes operator to configure an embedded OAuth2/OIDC authorization server within MCP server proxy runners.

This implementation follows [RFC-0031](https://github.com/stacklok/toolhive-rfcs/blob/main/rfcs/THV-0031-auth-server-integration.md), which specifies integrating the existing ToolHive auth server (`pkg/authserver/`) directly into proxy runner pods.
