Fix normalization order for KSpace subsections

Resolves issue #126 where `KMesh` and `KLinePath` subsections failed to access `reciprocal_lattice_vectors` during normalization because NOMAD normalizes subsections before parent sections.

Changes:
- Add `normalize_reciprocal_lattice_vectors()` method to `KSpace` that subsections can call before their own normalization
- Update `KMesh.normalize()` and `KLinePath.normalize()` to ensure parent's reciprocal lattice vectors are available
- Refactor tests into single parameterized test covering both subsection types
