Fix memory leak in ubpf_unload_code when reloading programs (#745)

* Initial plan

* Fix memory leak in ubpf_unload_code and add test

- Added free(vm->int_funcs) and set it to NULL in ubpf_unload_code()
- Created custom test ubpf_test_reload_code_memleak to verify the fix
- Verified with valgrind: no memory leaks detected
