x11: drop Screen's _Wrapper

This is somewhat of a hack. Rather than using __getattr__, which causes a
loss of type checking against objects it's used on, just copy over the
attributes we care about.

This also adds some additional type checking to xcbq.py. Old code can learn
new tricks :)
