fix(datacollectors): remove links on group delete (#6650)

### 💭 Notes
Cleanup redis entries after we delete a data collector group. There
wasn't a security issue since the links would simply not work, but it
created confusion and clutter in redis that may have led to other bugs
currently being looked at.

### 👀 Preview steps

1. ℹ️ have an admin account and a project
2. Create a Data Collector Group and assign the project to the group 
3. Create a Data Collector and add them to the group
4. Verify the enketo link provided on the Data Collector admin page
(after save) works
5. Delete the Data Collector Group
6. In the redis CLI, run `keys 'or:\*<data_collector_token>\*'
7. 🔴 [on main] There are still keys for this token
8. 🟢 [on PR] There are no more keys for this token
