Split dns zone parsing logic into helper module (#105)

There's a massive change in #104 that is nothing more than splitting all the zone decoder logic into a helper module, because as we're adding an encoder now, we don't want the zone module to explode in size that much. But this change makes that diff much much bigger, so splitting that cosmetic change here for readability. Merging without review, it's just cosmetics.
