feat: add market image URL to markets model and display in cards (#13301)

- Add image_url column to Markets table via migration
- Update Market Zod schema and Sequelize model with image_url field
- Update SubscribeMarket command to accept and store image_url
- Update GetMarkets query to return image_url
- Update discovery APIs (Polymarket/Kalshi) to return imageUrl
- Update MarketCard component to display market images
- Add fallback placeholder image for markets without images
- Update tests to verify image_url storage and retrieval
