web: Track the status of collapsible lists of logical volumes (#3066)

## Problem

In the storage UI, disks and RAIDs contain a list of partitions that can
be collapsed. The webUI tracks the state (open/collapsed) of each list.
So far so good.

But there are also LVM volume groups which contain a list of logical
volumes. The webUI was not tracking the state of those lists, so they
were closed after any navigation.

## Solution

Track the status of the LV lists in the same way that we are tracking
the partitions lists.

## Testing

Tested manually.
