- Revert unrelated soupsieve version bump (2.8.2 -> 2.8.1)
- Add pytest.MonkeyPatch type hints in test_cli.py
- Change except Exception to except (ImportError, ModuleNotFoundError)
- Use json.load() instead of json.loads(read_text()) to reduce memory
- Use strict=True in zip() for fail-fast on malformed data
- Fix --md-include-keywords flag using BooleanOptionalAction
- Use dataclasses.replace() instead of __dict__ for config immutability
- Document ISO 8601 regex pattern flexibility
- Document IP regex over-matching behavior for safety

Add comprehensive unit tests for:
- _safe_json_loads
- _extract_from_payload_json
- _parse_plain_line
- _parse_docker_line
- _reservoir_add

20 new tests covering edge cases and normal operation.
