Add yield info to sample endpoint (#4838) (minor)

## Description
Added `hifi_yield` and a throughput discriminator to the dict representation of the Sample database model, so that this information is included in requests to the `v1/samples/<sample_internal_id>` endpoint.

### Added

- `device_type` property in sample
- `hifi_yield` and `uses_reads` (discriminator) attributes to the dict representation of `Sample`
- tests
