fix: prevent Map::merge_in_place from growing when merging with self

When a map is merged with itself, the current implementation iterates
over all entries and calls set_with_hash for each. If the map is at
its growth threshold (size >= grow_at), this triggers an unnecessary
capacity doubling even though no new entries are being added.

Add an early return when self and other are physically equal, since
merging a map with itself is a no-op (all keys already exist with the
same values).
