Commit Message

refactor: remove deprecated type aliases and hide deprecated functions from docs

- Remove `View` type aliases from bytes and string packages
- Add #doc(hidden) to deprecated functions to hide them from documentation
- Update README example to use `Bytes::default()` instead of `@bytes.default()`
- Fix test to use `String::default()` instead of `@string.default()`
