Refactor assistant_cli to use rendezllama libraries

- Updates `eg/assistant_cli/main.cc` to use `Vocabulary`, `Inference`, `ChatDisplay`, and other `rendezllama` abstractions.
- Creates `rendezllama_chat` library in `src/chat/CMakeLists.txt` to expose chat and language logic.
- Updates `eg/CMakeLists.txt` to link `assistant_cli` against `rendezllama_chat`.
- Adds generation limit to preventing infinite loops in tests.
- Uses `fildesh` output functions for prompt synchronization.
