web: adapt software summary to display info about issues (#3035)

## Problem

When there are issues in the software scope, the overview page renders
the Install button disabled but it does not show any hint to users about
the area responsible of it.

## Solution

Adapt the overview software summary for rendering *Invalid software
selection* as content and properly pass-down the Summary#hasIssues prop.
