v0.2.0: WAL bounded growth fix and prefix scanning

- Fix WAL unbounded growth under sustained writes
  - Added TruncateBefore(minSeq) for partial WAL truncation
  - Track minimum sequence number per memtable
  - WAL now stays bounded even with pending immutable memtables

- Add prefix scanning with heap-based merge
  - ScanPrefix(prefix, callback) iterates keys with prefix
  - Efficiently merges across memtable and all SSTable levels
  - Proper deduplication and tombstone handling

- Improve test coverage to 90%
  - Added tests for index, block, types, WAL, store
  - Fixed ineffectual assignments in types.go and block_test.go

- Add MIT LICENSE
