Fix data race between Store and Reader level access

- NewReader now makes a deep copy of levels slice to avoid sharing
  with Store. Store and Reader use different mutexes, so sharing the
  same underlying slice caused data races between addSSTable() and
  GetLevels().

- Fix gofmt formatting in benchmark_test.go
