* chore: add audit, build and release workflows

- Add audit.yml for npm audit signatures
- Add build.yml to verify build passes on push
- Add build-release.yml for automated npm releases via oddish-action
- All workflows use Node.js 24.x

* chore: upgrade to @dcl/eslint-config v3 with ESLint 9 (#17)

- Upgrade @dcl/eslint-config to v3.0.0
- Upgrade ESLint to 9.39.2 (flat config)
- Upgrade @typescript-eslint/* to 8.52.0
- Migrate from .eslintrc.cjs to eslint.config.js (flat config)
- Use core-dapps preset
- Simplify .npmpackagejsonlintrc.json with shared config
