fix(tests): Add test collection for EditorSettings to prevent parallel execution

The EditorSettings tests were failing intermittently due to shared static
state being accessed concurrently during parallel test execution. Adding
[Collection("EditorSettings")] ensures tests that use the static
EditorSettings class run sequentially.
