test(editor): Add retroactive tests for completed TODO features

Add comprehensive test coverage for features that were implemented
as part of issue #707 but lacked corresponding tests:

- EditorSettingsTests: Add 6 WireframeMode tests (default value,
  get/set, event raising, persistence)
- ProjectPluginTests: Add 12 tests for ProjectPanelImpl (tree
  building, asset events, folder structure, asset type icons)
- EditorApplicationViewportTests: Add 12 tests for ToggleGrid,
  ToggleWireframe, FocusSelection, and persistence
- EditorApplicationDialogTests: Add 15 tests for SaveLayout
  validation, RenameEntity command, and Settings dialog

Total: 45 new tests covering already-completed features.
