feat(samples): Add PBR rendering demo with interactive camera

This sample demonstrates Physically Based Rendering (PBR) capabilities:
- Cook-Torrance BRDF with the new PbrShader
- 5x5 material grid showing metallic/roughness variations
- Multiple light types (directional, point, spot)
- Interactive orbit camera with mouse controls
- Orbiting point lights for dynamic lighting demo
- Auto-rotating center piece

Controls: Left/Right click drag to rotate camera, scroll to zoom.

Also fixes missing KeenEyes.Animation reference in KeenEyes.Assets.Tests.
