* Minor fixes in docs, code and examples to reduce CI pipeline errors

* inverse.py was missing ruff formatting. now passing

* darglint was missing a couple newlines in papyan. fixed

* added newline to ekfac that was removed by accident

* kfac was also missing a couple newlines, now darglint should finally be happy

* added PR link to changelog, minor style changes
