feat(testbridge): Add hybrid input mode for MCP integration

Add CompositeInputContext that merges real hardware input with virtual
TestBridge-injected input. This enables MCP tools to inject input while
real hardware input continues working.

Changes:
- Add CompositeInputContext, CompositeKeyboard, CompositeMouse, CompositeGamepad
- Add InputContext property to ITestBridge interface
- Add RealInputContext option to TestBridgeOptions
- Add default 50ms hold duration for key presses (ensures polling detection)
- Update TestBridgeManager to accept real input context
- Enable hybrid mode in editor for both editor and scene TestBridges
- Add InputDebugger sample for testing input visualization
