feat: Complete Phase 5 resources with missing endpoints

Add remaining MCP resources to satisfy Phase 5 requirements:
- Add entity component resource (entity/{id}/component/{type})
- Add world systems resource (world/systems)
- Add world performance resource (world/performance)
