### Other information:
I named it from the missing point of view (`some_but_not_all`), aka
raise if _some_ are missing, _but not all_ (like `any`). I could also
name it from the valid point of view (`all_or_none`), aka it is valid if
they are _all_ valid, _or none_ are valid (like `at_least_n`). not sure
what is clearer.
