fix: handle self-aliasing in Deque::append

Fix a bug where Deque::append(self) would crash or produce incorrect
results due to aliasing. The issue was that the iterator accessed
self.len dynamically during iteration, but self.len was being modified
in the loop body, causing the iterator to read past original elements.

The fix captures other's state (len, head, buf) before any modifications
and uses index-based access with the captured values, ensuring correct
behavior even when self == other.
