refactor: use BridgeError for initialization errors (#32)

- Add BridgeError::Initialization variant
- Update TcpSoapClient to return BridgeError instead of anyhow::Result
- Update RealFlightLocalBridge::new() to return Result<_, BridgeError>
- Update ProxyServer::new() and with_bridge() to return Result<_, BridgeError>
- Remove anyhow dependency
